By downloading, installing, or using Life Wrapped (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Life Wrapped for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the App Store Terms of Service.
All purchases made through the Apple App Store, including in-app purchases such as “Smartest AI Year Wrap,” are final and non-refundable once completed.
By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:
Life Wrapped offers optional integration with third-party AI services (OpenAI, Anthropic) using your own API keys.
By using the BYOK feature, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT:
API Costs: You are solely responsible for any costs, charges, usage fees, or overage charges incurred through your API provider (OpenAI, Anthropic, or others).
Data Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the personal data, audio transcripts, and other content you choose to send to third-party AI services.

API Key Security: While we store your API keys in the iOS Keychain (hardware-encrypted storage), you are responsible for keeping your keys confidential and not sharing them.

Life Wrapped and its original content, features, functionality, design, and branding are owned by the developer and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
Speech recognition accuracy depends on many factors beyond our control, including:

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:
Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising from or related to the App shall not exceed the amount you actually paid for the App or in-app purchases in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the developer from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from:

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.
Upon termination, your license to use the App ends immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer resides, without regard to conflict of law principles.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the developer regarding the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
